Hillside Family of Agencies strives to provide the best possible services to its children and families. In this effort, it is important for us to hear from those we serve about the ways we can improve our services. It is also helpful to hear about the things we are doing well.

The Hillside Family of Agencies Customer Satisfaction Line is a special e-mail address and telephone line through which HFA parents and family members can contact us to get help with needs or concerns related to currently or past-provided services. Customer Satisfaction Representatives who answer the calls act as a bridge between parents and workers.

Callers to the phone line are asked to leave their name, telephone number, and a brief description of the concern or need. When sending e-mail, be sure to include your name and a brief description of your concern or need. A Customer Satisfaction Representative will reply within twenty-four hours.

We appreciate the patience of the parents and families who have used the Line. Your willingness to allow us to resolve your concerns will improve services at Hillside Family of Agencies for all of our children and families.

Please Note: The Customer Satisfaction Line is for family members of youth who have previously been or are currently enrolled in Hillside Family of Agencies services to voice concerns/questions related to service delivery. Other calls should be made to Hillside’s Integration Center at (585) 256-7500.
