Hillside Staff Win Gold and Silver GRQC Awards

Two Hillside teams were recognized in the 2016 Greater Rochester Quality Council (GRQC) Team Excellence Awards, presented in an April 28 ceremony at Locust Hill Country Club. The Gold Award, Not-For-Profit category, went to a project led by Deb Koehler (left), manager of Business Process for Hillside Service Solutions (HSS). The project successfully increased on-time completion rates of 14-day service requests received by the HSS facilities team. The Silver GRQC Award was earned by Kelly Wilmot, director of Outpatient Services for Hillside Children’s Center.
