Maria serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Hillside Family of Agencies, and has held a variety of leadership positions since joining the agency in 1991. She is responsible for the overall leadership and administration of a team of more than 2,400 individuals working for youth and families across 33 counties in 2 states and the District of Columbia. Hillside is one of the largest family and children’s services agencies, and the most diversely funded and geographically diverse agency of its kind, in New York State.
Elizabeth is the Interim Chief Operating Officer of Hillside Family of Agencies. She provides leadership, management and vision necessary to ensure that HFA has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and systems in place to insure growth, financial strength and operational efficiency.
Augustin (Augie) is Chief Human Resources & Organization Development Officer for Hillside Family of Agencies. He is responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan.
Indira Paharia, PsyD, MBA, MS
Indira is the Chief Performance and Practice Officer of Hillside Family of Agencies. Her responsibilities focus on the models, practices, supporting tools and processes that drive positive outcomes for youth and families served by Hillside. She also leads Hillside’s Practice and Performance Excellence Group, which includes the organization’s Research, Business Intelligence, Clinical & Human Service Practices and Quality & Risk Management teams.
Cindy is Interim Chief Advancement Officer of Hillside Family of Agencies. She leads and provides strategic vision for all private fundraising activities and programs across HFA, including the reinforcement of philanthropic efforts, promotion of Hillside and its affiliates to new audiences, and generation of support for Hillside’s ongoing work toward fulfilling its community-oriented mission.
