Hillside Family of Agencies is pleased to announce that Indira Paharia, PsyD, MBA, MS, has joined the health, education and human-services organization as Chief Practice and Performance Officer, a new position.
Dr. Paharia’s skills and experience are closely aligned with Hillside’s commitment to developing and delivering high-quality, research-driven and innovative programs. Her responsibilities will focus on the models, practices, supporting tools, and processes that drive positive outcomes for youth and families served by Hillside. She also will lead Hillside’s Practice and Performance Excellence Group, which includes the organization’s Research, Business Intelligence, Clinical & Human Service Practices and Quality & Risk Management teams.
Dr. Paharia has more than 15 years of experience, including an extensive background in healthcare management, policy and operations in the public and private sectors. In her most recent role as an Independent Healthcare Consultant, she provided evidence-based/cost-effective program development, technical support and strategic counsel to organizations serving vulnerable populations. Prior to this, she was Executive Vice President of Healthcare Strategy and Services at Integra ServiceConnect, and served as the national Vice President of Clinical Programs for a Fortune 500 Medicaid health plan.
Dr. Paharia has also served as a national advisor to the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) for the last four years.
