Hillside’s annual Pinnacle Society dinner was held on July 15 at the Genesee Valley Club. The event recognizes those who have made Hillside aware of their intention to include Hillside or any of its affiliates in their estate plans.

Twenty-eight guests attended the event, which included an intimate dinner and comments by guest speaker Dr. Donald Bain, president of St. John Fisher College. The event theme was relationships and the importance of relationships with Pinnacle Society members and others in the community in helping to advance Hillside’s mission.

Dr. Bain brought the theme into his talk about how St. John Fisher and Hillside have worked together to help area youth succeed. This partnership has benefitted many areas of Hillside, including college scholarships for Hillside Work-Scholarship Connection students, St. John Fisher interns and volunteers in service at Hillside, picnic space St. John Fisher provides for Hillside at the Buffalo Bills camp, and Fisher graduates who are now Hillside employees.
