In Scottsville, Hillside Family of Agencies provides services at Crestwood Children's Center's residential campus located at 2075 Scottsville Road.

Crestwood Children's Center supports children ages birth to 21 and their families with an array of child welfare,mental health, behavioral, and family-development services.

 

Believing is Being in Mt. Morris

In Mt. Morris, Hillside Family of Agencies provides services at one of our community based offices of Hillside Children's Center at 24 Main Street.

Among the services offered at our Mt. Morris office are the Community Services Program, Customized, GLOW Family Support, Therapeutic Foster Care, and Youth Court.

Hillside Children's Center (HCC) is a provider of care for youth and families with a wide range of emotional, behavioral, or life-circumstance challenges. HCC offers mental health, child welfare, juvenile justice, special education, safety net, and developmental disabilities services to children and families throughout Central and Western New York. Comprehensive pediatric, psychiatric, and medical consultation and coordination services are also provided. HCC services are customized based on the strengths and needs of individual youth, families, and communities.

Believing is Being in Sodus

Near Sodus, Hillside Family of Agencies provides services at Hillside Children's Center's Halpern Education Center at 695 Bay Road in Webster. Halpern Education Center is a day treatment program developed for youth who are experiencing school related and/or family problems significant enough to disrupt their education. Day Treatment provides the special educational programming, ongoing structure, support, and intensive individual group and family therapy.

Near Hilton, Hillside Family of Agencies provides services at one of our community based offices of Hillside Children's Center at 50 Batavia City Center in Batavia.

Among the services offered at our Batavia office are the Community Services Program, Customized, GLOW Family Support, Therapeutic Foster Care, and Youth Court.

Near Honeoye Falls, Hillside Family of Agencies provides services at one of our Centers for Child and Family Therapy of Crestwood Children's Center at 1 Keuka Business Park, Suite 208, in Penn Yan.

The Center for Child and Family Therapy provides an array of mental health services to youth age birth through 21 and their families. Services include individual/family therapy, crisis intervention, outreach and linkage to community resources, psychological evaluations, psychiatric evaluations, and pharmacotherapy.

Crestwood Children's Center offers a continuum of services from primary prevention within the community to intensive, campus-based treatment to promote the growth and development of children and families. Near Gates, Hillside Family of Agencies provides services at our Southwest Family Resource Center of Crestwood Children's Center at 89 Genesee Street in Rochester.

Among the various family development services offered at our Southwest Family Resource Center are Skip Generations, Parents as Teachers, Early Intervention, and Universal Pre-K.

Believing is Being in Canandaigua

In Canandaigua, Hillside Family of Agencies provides services at our Hillside Children's Center Hopewell Nonsecure Detention Center at 3093 County Complex Drive.

Non-secure Detention Services prevent youth awaiting due process in Family Court from committing further status offenses or acts, which if committed by an adult would constitute a crime, by providing short-term care in an unlocked "staff secure" setting. Youth are placed by Family Court Judges either on a Persons In Need of Supervision (PINS) Remand or Warrant.

Believing is Being in Phelps

In the Phelps area, Hillside Family of Agencies provides therapeutic foster care services to youth in need throughout Wayne County through our affiliate Hillside Children's Center.

Therapeutic Foster Care (TFC) provides a safe and therapeutic family environment for youth whose behaviors make it difficult for them to remain at home or cannot be managed at a lower level of foster care. The goal of TFC is to reunify the youth with their own families, or, if the child is freed, to establish them as quickly as possible in permanent adoptive families.

Near East Rochester, Hillside Family of Agencies provides services to youth with developmental disabilities in one of Hillside Children's Center's Individualized Residential Alternatives (IRA) Group Homes.


The IRA residence is designed to feel like a person's home. The goal of services is to support the youth's ability to build skills and to live as independently as possible. The individuals and their families are the major decision makers in the service planning process. Goals are driven by the youth's strengths, interests and needs. Individuals are supported in building positive relationships with friends, family, and the community.
