Family Resource Centers offers free Pre-K classes to local children

 

Time to enroll is now prior to start of school year

The Family Resource Centers of Crestwood Children’s Center announces that there are currently Pre-Kindergarten class enrollment opportunities for four year olds throughout the community.  

Family Resource Centers of Crestwood Children’s Center (FRC) still has space available in their classes at two locations in Rochester: Southwest Family Resource Center at 89 Genesee Street (in the Bishop Kearney Building at Unity Health) and Peter Castle Family Resource Center at 555 Avenue D (located behind the Lincoln Library).   

The half-day classes are scheduled Monday through Friday and are free for eligible children living in the city of Rochester.  

“The Pre-K Program at FRC is offered in friendly, caring classrooms, where families develop relationships and access a range of programs and resources,” says Mary Jo Brach, Family Resource Centers of Crestwood Children’s Center service director.
