Hillside Family of Agencies is the winner of the 28th Annual Telly Awards for its achievement in the medium of television.
Hillside's "Stories to Believe In" commercials received bronze in the annual competition that honors outstanding local, regional, and cable television commercials and programs, as well as the video and film production. Of the over 13,000 Telly Awards entries received this year, only the top 18 to 25 percent receive bronze-level distinction.
Hillside's commercials, which were created in conjunction with Rochester-based advertising agency Adam Communications, highlight Hillside's adoption and foster care services, Hillside Work-Scholarship Connection, the Hillside Family Forum radio program, and Hillside's developmental disability services.
The Telly Awards competition was created in 1978 and is a premier showcase of the best work of the most respected advertising agencies, production companies, television stations, cable operators, and corporate video departments in the world. Previous Telly Award winners include CNN, ThinkStreet, and TV Guide Networks-Creative, among others.
