ATTENTION: Business/Community Calendar
The Greater Rochester Quality Council presents “Get to Know–Hillside Family of Agencies” on Wednesday, May 17, 2006 from 8:00 to 10:00 a.m. in Eastman Hall at Hillside Children’s Center, 1183 Monroe Avenue, Rochester.
The program will feature an in-depth look at 2005 Balanced Scorecard Hall of Fame Inductee Hillside Family of Agencies’ use of the Balanced Scorecard and Lean Six Sigma methodologies to guide and strengthen performance improvement efforts to achieve breakthrough results.
Highlights include an organizational overview, the role of the customer in organizational development, and best practices in strategy development and continuous quality improvement.
Presenters will include Jacqueline Benjamin, Hillside Children’s Center board member; Clyde Comstock, Hillside Family of Agencies Chief of Services; and Maria Cristalli, Hillside Family of Agencies Chief Strategy and Quality Officer. A tour of Hillside’s Monroe Avenue campus will take place after the program concludes.
The program is free and is open to Greater Rochester Quality Council members and non-members alike.
