  • Return completed application to the Hillside Family of Agencies Human Resource Office at one of the following addresses:

Please do not submit duplicate application forms. Resumes may be attached. However, the application must be completed in its entirety. Internship and volunteer applications should be sent to the Monroe County address, Attention: Intern/Volunteer Coordinator.

  • Application forms are processed by the Human Resource Department and forwarded to individuals and/or teams that are responsible for hiring. Each applicant will be mailed a postcard acknowledgement upon receipt. Only those applications that meet the minimum qualifications will be forwarded. Should you be selected for an interview you will be contacted by phone. Otherwise your application will be returned to Human Resources for consideration in other locations and programs.

  • Once your application has been identified as appropriate for an opening, it is not unusual for it to take several days before you are contacted. This is primarily due to our high application volume and satellite offices in Central and Western New York.

  • If driving is an essential function of the position you have applied for, please note Hillside’s driving standards:

  1. You must possess a valid New York State Driver’s License.

  2. You must be licensed for at least 1 year.

  3. You must have less than 10 points and/or less than 4 traffic violation convictions.

  4. You must have less than three accidents (regardless of fault).

  5. You must carry liability coverage on your personal vehicle of $100,000/$3000,000 to transport clients in your vehicle.
